Panama - Janson X, Lot 536X / Gesha / Anaerobic Washed - 100g

Panama - Janson X, Lot 536X / Gesha / Anaerobic Washed - 100g

Proudly presenting Janson X - Lot 536X, a special, super rare release from the Janson family. Grown on their esteemed Los Alpes farm in Volcán, Panama, this exceptional Green Tip Geisha is part of the Janson X series—a collection of their most meticulously crafted coffees, produced in extremely limited quantities.

Only the finest Green Tip Geisha cherries are selected for this lot, undergoing a controlled 48-hour anaerobic fermentation in hermetically sealed tanks. They are then precision-dried over 10 days using Janson’s proprietary dehydrating room, a cutting-edge technology exclusive to the X series. This advanced drying method allows for precise control over temperature, humidity, and airflow, preserving delicate aromatics and enhancing flavour clarity.

The result is a refined and elegant cup—a perfect expression of both terroir and variety. Expect layers of sweet jasmine and white peach, a silky mouthfeel with a long, clean finish.

With just nine batches available, this is a rare opportunity to experience one of Janson’s most extraordinary lots.

Notes: Peach, Jasmine, Elderflower

[Note] This coffee is roasted to order, please allow 1 - 2 days for dispatch. It is packaged in 100g vacuum-sealed portions to preserve freshness. The metal tin is included separately.
