Where do you ship to?

Worldwide! We ship to just about every country available with Australia Post. If for some reason we're not able to ship to your destination, please send us an email at info@brewmethods.com.au, and we’ll be in touch to help you!

How much does shipping cost?

At Brew Methods, we want to keep shipping costs down as much as possible while providing you with a speedy and reliable delivery service.

Domestic

We offer a $6.95 domestic flat-rate shipping within Australia.

We also offer Domestic Express if you want to receive your order sooner.

Shipping is calculated in the check-out page.

We proudly ship with exclusively with Australia Post to provide you with the best service possible.

[Some items may be excluded from our $6.95 flat-rate domestic shipping if they are too large or too heavy, this will be indicated in the item’s product description.]

Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer both Standard and Express shipping options.

You can easily calculate your shipping cost by entering your address in the check-out page.

Please note, Economy Air postage does not include tracking.

How long will shipping take?

At Brew Methods, we seek to handle every order with the utmost care and efficiency. All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 – 3 business days from receiving the order. Tracking is provided with all shipments (except Economy Air) with which you will be provided with an estimated date of delivery.

If you have ordered coffee, please expect 1 - 3 days until your order is dispatched so we can roast your coffee.

Domestic $6.95 Flat-Rate deliveries will usually arrive within 1 – 4 business days from placing the order. Please allow some time from placing your order to receive tracking updates from the carrier, especially if you have placed your order on a weekend or public holiday.

Some rural areas within Australia may take a bit longer to deliver to.

Domestic Express will usually arrive between 1 - 3 business days from placing your order.

International standard deliveries usually arrive within 10 business days.

International Express deliveries usually arrive within 3 - 5 business days.

For international orders, you will see an estimated delivery time when you select a shipping option. Please note that all estimates are not guarantees.

Economy Air, while being a more affordable option, often will take longer to arrive. Please expect a minimum of 3 weeks. Additionally, orders cannot be tracked if you select this option.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details will be sent to you via email after we have processed your order. You will first receive an email with confirmation that we have received your order, you will then receive an email that your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. This email will contain your tracking details.

Please note, that the Economy Air option does not include tracking. Economy Air is a more affordable shipping solution, but therefore does not include tracking.

If you have just placed your order, please allow some time to receive tracking details, especially if you placed your order on a weekend or public holiday
