Orea Sensory Carafe

Designed with both flavour and practicality in mind, the Sensory Carafe takes inspiration from wine service vessels, featuring a rounded lower chamber that encourages swirling while helping aromas collect more centrally in the glass. With a 450ml capacity, it's designed to work seamlessly across the entire OREA lineup, including the O1, V3, V4, Big Boy, and importantly the Z1 — it’s become something of a universal brewing companion. The generous mouth opening comfortably accommodates brewers with wider bases while still remaining compact and balanced in the hand.

OREA also spent an enormous amount of time refining the pouring experience itself. The spout underwent more than 40 iterations with their glassblowing partner to achieve a clean, controlled pour without dribbling, something surprisingly uncommon in sensory-focused carafes. Whether pouring slowly into a tasting cup or serving more quickly, it feels smooth, precise, and effortless.
