Introducing the OREA O1/O2 Regulators — a simple way to add greater control and versatility to your brewing.
Designed to sit at the base of the O1 and O2 brewers, each Regulator controls the maximum flow rate, giving you another variable to work with beyond grind size, pouring structure and agitation.
This set includes two Regulators:
#2 — Slow
A more restricted flow rate, allowing you to extend contact time and explore slower brewing styles.
#4 — Fast
A more open flow rate, allowing for quicker drawdowns and faster brewing styles.
Switching between the two allows you to choose how you want to brew and the style of extraction you want to explore — whether slowing things down or allowing the brewer to flow more freely.
A small addition to the OREA O1/O2 brewers that opens up considerably more freedom when developing and refining your recipes.
