We personally source and roast each coffee, bringing you a new and exciting coffee experience every month.

Subscription FAQ

Where and when is your coffee roasted?

We take immense pride in our coffee offerings, roasting every batch in-house, to order, and always in small batches.

For Brew Methods Home subscriptions, we roast 1–2 days before dispatch, ensuring peak freshness when they reach your door.

When will my card be charged?

Our billing cycle is monthly, with your card charged on the 1st of each month.

When is the coffee shipped?

Your subscription ships on the 5th of each month, exactly five days after your payment is processed. This provides a short grace period in case of any payment issues.

When will my coffee arrive?

All Brew Methods Home subscriptions are shipped on the 5th of each month. Delivery times may vary depending on your location: domestic orders typically arrive within 1–4 business days, while international orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date, you can expect your subscription to arrive around the same time each month as we ship consistently on the same day.

Can I modify or change details in my subscription?

Yes, you can easily make changes to your subscription through your Account Dashboard. This includes switching to a different plan, as well as updating account details like your address and payment information.

Can I add extra items without paying for extra shipping?

Unfortunately, Brew Methods subscriptions include built-in shipping and are sent separately, so we’re unable to add extra items to these orders.

You’re welcome to add additional items to your cart when purchasing a subscription—shipping will only be charged on those items, and they will be shipped separately from your subscription.

I live outside of Australia, what option do I select?

If you live outside Australia, please choose the International option at checkout. Subscriptions with an overseas shipping address selected as Domestic will be cancelled and refunded, and we’ll ask you to resubscribe with the correct option.

If you're within Australia, please select the Domestic option.

Why was I charged a import tax/duty?

If you reside outside of Australia, import taxes or duties may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office about potential import fees before subscribing, as we cannot cover or be held responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
