Hario V60 Meteor Filter Paper

Explore new possibilities in your coffee with Hario’s latest high-flow filter paper — the V60 Meteor.

With approximately three times the permeability of Hario’s standard V60 filter paper, the Meteor allows water to move through the coffee bed significantly faster. This increased flow gives you greater freedom to grind finer and push extraction without unnecessarily extending brew times or risking stalled drawdowns.

The Meteor uses a multi-layer construction of natural pulp, abaca fibre and PLA. This combination of materials helps drastically reduce drawdown times and minimise clogging, particularly with coffees that tend to produce a higher proportion of fines, such as Ethiopian coffees.

In the cup, the faster flow is designed to highlight clarity, delicate acidity and the individual characteristics of the coffee.
