This allows the family to maintain greater control over quality throughout processing while continuing to support coffee-growing communities in the surrounding region.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis Caturra undergoes a classic natural process, with the coffee dried in the whole cherry.
